How the Bathmate Hydro 7 System works:

With the use of warm water the Bathmate achieves maximum penis fitness.

In a warm bath, place the Bathmate over the penis. By pulling the pump towards the body a tight seal is created, and the patented seal forms a tight vacuum so that the water is expelled from the tube and a larger than normal erection is created. To release the vacuum, the button at the top of the flask is pressed and the unit is removed easily from the penis.

The instructions in the manual are in very clear and easy to follow steps and are in English, French, Spanish, German and Italian.
